If you need help with our iOS app, use the options below. We typically reply within 24–48 hours.
Quick Help
- Account & Orders: Track orders and edit profile from My Account.
- App Lock: Enable Face ID in Settings → Privacy.
- Language: Switch TR/EN from the app menu.
- Widgets & Deep Links: Add Home/Account widgets and open links directly.
Troubleshooting
- Update to the latest app version from the App Store.
- Force-close & reopen the app; check internet/VPN.
- Clear website data (Settings → Safari → Clear History and Website Data) if pages misbehave.
Delete Account Privacy
If you wish to delete your Garnet Gold account and associated personal data, follow these steps:
- Sign in: /my-account/
- Open the deletion page: /my-account/delete-account/
- Review & confirm: Deletion is irreversible. Any active orders must be completed first.
- Submit the request: We’ll process it and notify you via email.
Or email us from your registered email with the subject “Account Deletion Request” at
support@garnetgold.com.tr.
Data Retention & Exceptions
- Invoices and accounting records may be retained for the legally required period.
- Minimal anti-fraud data (e.g., hashed identifiers) may be kept.
